RECIPE: MONGOLIAN “RAISINS (UZEMNII) JUICE”

When I visited Mongolia, I met this grape juice. Uzemnii is yummy. In oder to survive Mongolian hot summer they often consume this. This juice help you to take vitamins efficiently and make their body cool. We can make this so easily. Let’s try!!

 

 COOKING TIME

 INGREDIENTS
Dried raisin
Water
(Sugar)

 HOW TO COOK
Wash raisin if needed.
Prepare boiled water.
Put the raisin into te boiled water.
Boiled for minutes.
If you’d like to make it sweeten, add sugar.
And then transfer to another container which is easily storaged in your refrigerator.
Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

 

That’s it. Very easy, right?
